Full Day Cape Winelands with Fairview Wine Estate & Babylonstoren Wine Farm Experience

Cape Town Instagram Experience

Meet your local guide, who will show you where to snap the best Instagram photos of Cape Town’s most iconic sights. First stop is Table Mountain, named one of the ‘New 7 Wonders of Nature’, for a cable car ride to the top of the mountain (weather permitting). Travel via the scenic Chapman’s Peak drive (if open) to Cape Point Nature Reserve, for a picture of the famous Cape Point lighthouse dating back to 1859. Visit Boulders Beach, home to a colony of African Penguins and then to Muizenberg Beach, one of the most popular Cape Town beaches, dotted with colourful beach huts along the sand and locally known as ‘surfers paradise’. Head to Groot Constantia Wine Estate, for a wine tasting (with souvenir crystal glass included) and wander through the instaworthy vineyards. The final stop is the V&A Waterfront, an instagrammer’s paradise. Spend as much time snapping away and enjoying the amazing views of Table Mountain and the ocean.

Craft Beer Tasting & Sunset Beach BBQ (Braai) Experience

Discover Cape Town’s budding Craft Beer scene and get great insight into the brewing process that is the result of sheer brilliance and outstanding craftmanship. Visit the Hoogeberg Brewery for a craft beer tasting in a repurposed cattle barn/milk stable. Say ‘cheers’ at Havoc Brewery, where the brewers are always playing around with flavours and techniques, creating new and exciting beers. After sampling some of the finest brews, end the day with a typical beach BBQ (braai) in the Blaauwberg Nature Reserve. With the boerewors (traditional sausage) sizzling over the hot coals and Table Mountain in the backdrop, enjoy the perfect end to a blissful afternoon.

Constantia Winelands Experience

Our journey begins with a visit to Groot Constantia Wine Estate, the oldest wine producing farm in South Africa. Explore the original Cape Dutch Manor House; visit the famed Cloete cellar, birthplace of the renowned Grand Constance, the oldest wine in South Africa, enjoyed by Emperors and Kings. Indulge in a wine tasting of five award-winning wines in a crystal glass and be inspired by South African art. We return to Cape Town via a scenic coastal drive, known as Platinum Mile, passing Llandudno, Camps Bay, Clifton and Sea Point.

Cape Town Contemporary Art Experience

Experience visual arts in a unique setting that offers a multisensory experience. We visit the spectacular Zeitz MOCAA (Museum of Contemporary Art Africa), the largest museum of contemporary African art in the world. We join a guided tour led by curatorial staff, presenting highlights from the museum’s current exhibitions. Our journey of exploration continues with a visit to the Norval Foundation that houses one of the largest private collections of South African contemporary art and is considered a centre for art and cultural expression. Curatorial staff will guide us through some of the exhibitions, discussing works, providing background on the show and artist.

Cape Town Craft Gin Experience

Celebrate the vibrant diversity of Cape Town’s special Gin variety with its distinctly South African flavour that reflects the biodiversity of the region. Enjoy three craft gin tastings and tour the most southerly craft distillery on the Cape Peninsula. Our journey of discovery begins at the Woodstock Gin Company, distillers of fynbos infused South African gin with subtle undertones of buchu and wild rosemary. Then we’re off to the Cape Town Gin & Spirits Company, to sample handcrafted, small batch Gins, infused with handpicked Rooibos, vibrantly red in colour and a distinctive taste. Our final tasting and distillery tour take place at the Deep South Distillery, known for crafting award winning artisanal spirits in small batches following a very hand on approach. Both of its gins are gold medal winners that pay tribute to the unique flora and surroundings of the Cape Peninsula.

Spectacular Table Mountain & Kirstenbosch Gardens

Explore spectacular Table Mountain & the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, home to a rich variety of flora. Take the cable car to the summit of Table Mountain for breathtaking views of the city, followed by a guided walk through the fynbos and local vegetation. Continue the botanical journey, travelling via the scenic coastal route, over Constantia Nek to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, acclaimed as one of the great botanic gardens of the world.

Half Day Cape Town Walking Experience with Nelson Mandela Legacy Exhibition

Beautiful scenery combined with historical sites such as the Castle of Good Hope built by the Dutch, Cape Town City Hall, housing the Nelson Mandela Legacy Exhibition, the Grand Parade, where Nelson Mandela first addressed the nation as a free man after 27 years in jail, and Church Square, where slaves would wait for their owners under the slave tree, Slave Lodge, devoted to the history and experience of slaves and their descendants in the Cape, Greenmarket Square, with a daily crafts and souvenir market, surrounded by the Old Town House and art-deco architecture, St George’s Cathedral, known as the people’s cathedral for its role against Apartheid, the Bo-Kaap with its colourful houses and narrow cobbled streets, the Western Cape High Court, Company’s Gardens, South African Museum, South African National Gallery, Old Synagogue, Houses of Parliament, St Mary’s Cathedral and the District Six Museum where the walk ends.
